A moose on skis makes this chocolate marshmallow cocoa a must for our moose-loving customers.

White Mountain Gourmet Coffee:

This family owned and operated roaster of specialty coffees is located right in Concord, New Hampshire. We offer some of their most popular coffees: White Mt Blend, French Vanilla, Maple, and of course, their delicious signature blend called White Mt Mudslide, a blend of Irish Creme and Mexican liquer. Regular or Decaffeinated, preground.

Jed's Maple Dressings:

You'll not find these dressings in your typical grocery store. The Maple Sweet & Sour Dressing offsets the sweetness of maple syrup with vinegars along with the tang of spices. Maple Dill Dressing is made with canola oil and vinegar to balance the sweetness of the maple syrup.

Drew's All Natural Dressings & Marinades:

These all-natural versatile dressings (& marinades) are low sodium, wheat-free, and many are sugar-free but all full of flavor. Romano Caesar, Kalamata Olive & Kaper, Thai Sesame Lime, Lemon Tahini & Chive, Shiitake Ginger, Sesame Orange, Romano Caeser, Rosemary Balsamic, and Roasted Garlic.

Lambs & Thyme Herb/Spice Packets:

A collection that has tremendous variety and numerous uses from dips to cheese logs. The outrageous Pumpkin Dessert Dip is so great that customers can't believe their taste buds when they taste it on an apple slice or ginger snap. Baroque Blend is a "boursin" cheese blend that may also be used to flavor popcorn. Smoky Horseradish Dip, Veggie Dip, Sundried Tomato Dip, Dill Dip, French Vinaigrette Dressing or Bread Dip, and Italian Herb Dressing or Marinade are just a few of the packets we have in stock.

Lambs & Thyme Pie Crust Cutters:

Each card has a tested recipe for a homemade pie, spices to make the pie, and a miniature cookie cutter to cut the pie dough and decorate the pie. Try Apple with apple cutter or Pumpkin with a maple leaf cutter.

Cookie Cutters:

Our cookie cutters come with a wonderful recipe and the spices for a batch of cookies. The Moose cutter is the most popular but many enjoy the Autumn leaves, or the American Flag cutter.

Vermont All-Purpose Country Seasoning:

A blend of salt and eight herbs & spices to perk up meats, fish, salads, breads, eggs, & vegetables. Once purchased, many customers return regularly to buy more.

Sunnyside Maples Seasoning:

A seasoning with pure maple sugar and Italian black pepper for use on vegetables, meat, eggs, soups, and salads.

Kennebec Bean Company's Soldier Beans:

Maine grows the best beans to make New England Baked Beans. Soldier Beans have been a favorite of locals here for generations. Don't forget that we offer the Brown Bread Mix to accompany your beans and the beans, of course, may be baked with our favorite sweetener, maple syrup.

Kenyon's Indian Pudding:

An old-fashioned New England dessert of cornmeal, molasses, & spices that takes hours to make. Kenyon has taken the time to make this traditional rich dessert so that it is now ready to be put in your double boiler or microwave. Enjoy the pudding topped with heavy cream, ice cream, or maple syrup.

Zelda's Spiced Pumpkin Butter:

A new product for us and a unique combination of ingredients. We're waiting to hear the customer verdict on this product - does it join the Harman's collection or not?

Honey:

Just a few miles down the road we have a great honey distributor. We offer honey made from the flower nectar of blueberries, wildflowers, or raspberries. We also have a raw & unprocessed honey for those of you that wish you could gather your own honey. Another popular choice is the creamed honey that has been naturally crystallized into a smooth, delicious spread that is great on your warm, homemade bread.

Salem's Old-Fashioned Candy:

Are you wishing for a red-hot Fireball, those candy coated peanuts called Boston Baked Beans, or Chewy Caramel Chocolate Babies, or Molasses Peppermint Drops, or that cough-drop type candy called Horehound? We've got those and more, including boxes of Crystallized Ginger.

   For those of you that have visited our store, you know that although Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar and gourmet food products are our main focus; we also have a great selection of "other stuff". We've got the typical tourist items of postcards (one of the best selections in the area), beautiful scenic calendars,
t-shirts, and sweatshirts. We've also got some wonderfully special items: locally-made craft items, baby sweaters knitted locally, House-Mouse magnets, lupine seeds for your own field of lupine, and many other lupine collectibles.

We search for unique gifts that are made in New Hampshire and we try to collect the best selection: Herbal Lip Balm, Mt. Cardigan Home-made Soaps including one made just for our Lupine Festival, Old-time Wooden Toys, and much more.

   As well as our New Hampshire items, we have a large selection of moose items. It helps to take home a moose souvenir even if you never saw New Hampshire's most popular wild animal. Keep your eyes open when you are driving in our area because moose are everywhere including on the Museum green across from our front door. We've got Moose Tunes on CD, Moose in a Can (the cuddly beanbag type), Moose Mailbox flags, Moose T-Shirts, Moose Christmas ornaments, Moose Plops (not the distasteful ones real moose deposit but delicious Belgian chocolate plops with almonds), Moose pens, Moose glassware, and Mikey Moose standing at our door to greet you.

   We enjoy helping our customers send gifts to family, friends, co-workers, and others. Those of us at Harman's take the time to help you choose just the right items for your gift. Items shipped by us are all individually wrapped in our country store brown wrap. From November through mid-January, we wrap our items (even the cheese) in tasteful holiday wrap. We ship the items for delivery as close to the date you choose as is possible for us. During the Christmas season, we may send out as many as 200 packages a day and really appreciate those customers that order early so that we can plan our days well.

We also make up gift baskets with the assortment of items that you choose. We use New Hampshire made Peterboro hand woven hardwood baskets or lovely washable cloth baskets made by Plantation Creations in South Carolina.

Another popular gift is the gift that lasts and lasts. Customers ask us to ship regular shipments to their friends through the year. You pick the frequency, the dates and the items. Actually, we have several customers that have us ship our Really-aged Cheddar at regular shipments so that they always have it on hand.
