Zelda Gonyer - Lancaster, New Hampshire

Zelda Gonyer is our most faithful vendor at the market and folks await her arrival each day. Back in 2002 when we asked her to come down and introduce her products to our customers during the Lupine Festival, she asked if she could bring some friends with her and we that was the beginnings of our our open-air Markets. She will be with us both weekends of the market as well as being up on Harman's lawn for the first weekend of the festival (June 5-6).

She always has delicious samples to try along with her assortment of pickles, relishes, jams, jellies, dip mixes, and other goodies. Check and see if she makes your favorite jam or pickle. She also makes lovely gift baskets and always has a nice selection of cookbooks at her booth. This year she has added Rada knives to her booth and has expanded her selection of Halladays Harvest Barn mixes for Cheese Cakes and more.
Harman's stocks many of Zelda's jams, jellies, pickles, & relishes and we are always willing keep your favorite on hand. You can also find her products at the WREN store in Bethlehem, at Fuller's Sugar House in Lancaster, and a various other locations.

RHD Candy - Lancaster, New Hampshire

Roberta DeMoras makes molded chocolate candies. Her Moose & Bear Pops of Milk, Dark, and White Chocolate are quite popular. She made chocolate Rose Pops for Mother's Day. The newest item in her collection are her nonpareils in milk, dark, or white chocolate. They are delicious . . . a bag fell on the floor when we were stocking the shelves so we had couldn't sell it (and it couldn't go to waste)!! Who knows, maybe we dropped the bag on purpose.. You can find RHD Candy in several of our local stores including at Harman's; especially during the Christmas season. Roberta shares her booth with her husband,Jerry (Rugs by Jerry) and will be with us both weekends.

Critta 'n' Things
Critta 'n' Things - Stewartstown, New Hampshire

Linda Samson is another faithful vendor on the lawn. Her handmade potholders (nice & thick), kitchen towels, aprons, mittens, and plush Moose are great. We try and keep her kitchen towels in stock at Harman's and during the winter we have her fleece mittens and hats available. She also is a wonderful gardener and often has something on her table from her garden or greenhouse (including lupine plants). She'll be at both weekends of the open air market. You can also reach her by e-mail for custom orders.

Rembering Yesteryear - Franconia, New Hampshire

For more than 40 years, Americana Folk Artist, Jean Colquhoun, has brought life vignettes from a time before our modern day luxuries, when people came together to enjoy each other's company while skating on a frozen pond or taking a carriage ride through the countryside. Jean has found a unique way to capture what would otherwise be forgotten moments in time. She finds her inspiration in searching New Hampshire and New England for old pages and pieces of the past and uses her imagination to illustrate these forgotten bundles of letters, newspaper articles and notices, most dating back to the early 1800s. The story that otherwise would be lost to the ages, comes alive with Jean's original and captivating oil paintings.

Among Jean's collectors are the Marriott family, actor Efrem Zimbalist, Jr, and the late Texas governor, John Connolly, Jr. She has illustrated two books: Christmas in Water Village and Angel Baskets: A Little Story about the Shakers which won the prestigious Small Press Silver Medal Award for illustrations in 1989. We are thrilled that she is joining us for the last weekend of the festival, June 19-20. Look for Jean inside the Meetinghouse.. If you would like to contact her to make something personally for you, e-mail her at blair@roadrunner.com

Babci's Bags - Waterford, Vermont

Babci (BOP-chee) is Polish for grandmother. This grandmother, Patty Derochers, is coming to the Lupine Festival for the first time as a vendor and she's bringing her distinctive bags. Look for her inside the Meetinghouse on both weekends. She's got a lovely selection and here's a few photos from: www.BabcisBags.com.

You can also find her bags at select shops in New Hampshire and Vermont, visit her website for a list. Or on July 3rd, find her at the Burklyn Summer Craft Fair in Lyndonville, Vermont.
