| | Today
someone asked me if Pearl Lake still had lupine blooms, so tonight after work
I drove out to see. Like most areas, many of the lupines are past full bloom but
you can still find lupine plants that are just starting to bloom. Although the
patches across the road from the lake that had the variety of colors are mostly
all past.

Harman's has a late blooming white Lupine. As you can see by the photo our other
lupines are going to seed. |

of other blooms in the area, too!

| | Brad
Bradstreet came through Sugar Hill today and he's a good photographer (and better
at posting his photos on facebook than I am), so I'm borrowing a few of his facebook
photos taken on Hadley and Dyke roads to show you June 20th in Sugar Hill. If
you like photos of Maine, Mt. Washington (summit and all), NH, and more - befriend
Brad on Facebook and you won't be disappointed.

| | | On
Sunday (19th), Brad Bradstreet did the sunrise drive up Mt. Washington. He had
a perfect day for it. On his way back down (because you drive up in the dark)
he took these photos of the Lupines at the base of the Mt. Washington Auto Road.
